Payments To The League

The number one reason (and by some distance) clubs fold or leave a league is due to finances. What happens on the pitch is important to all clubs but it is making sure that your club is run well off the pitch that will enable you to continue playing football. Remember that as well as payments to the league you will also need to keep track of payments to the London FA (affiliations, bookings etc.). This page only outlines what you need to pay as a club to The Hackney & Leyton Sunday Football League. If you are having any financial difficulty as a club please speak to us asap.

How to make payments to the league

BACS Transfer:

Transfer money online or through your local bank into the League's bank account:

Bank: Lloyds Bank

Account: 01304278

Sort code: 30-97-13

Cheques:

These should be made payable to: 'Hackney & Leyton Sunday Football League'. (write your club name on the back)

Please send to the League Treasurer Ted Gore, whose contact details can be found in the League Officers page. You can also hand any cheques to Ted on League Meetings at the Hackney Marsh Centre.

Please ensure that all monies for end of season accounts are paid no later than AGM Part 1 or you may incur a fine of £25 for failing to attend to League business.

No club owing the league money will be allowed to participate in football.
