PITCH DIRECTIONS.

All our league, cup and cup final games are played at the famous Hackney Marshes in East London. They are split into three venues; The Hackney Marshes Centre (also known as The South Marsh), Mabley Green and Victoria Park. For more information on each venue and directions see below.

We have great park keepers who work tirelessly at our grounds. Both on and off the pitch areas.

We can all do our bit so please help them by doing some simple things:

- Bring a black bag to games and clean up your rubbish after games. Drink bottles, fruit skins, plasters.

- Clean your boots on the brush cleaners outside the South Marsh or on the concrete rather than

dragging in unnecessary mud in to changing rooms.

- Do not use the public toilet sinks to clean boots.

- Make sure before you leave changing rooms that no unnecessary items from your club are left.

The Hackney Marshes Centre at South Marsh opened in Spring 2011, providing 31 spacious changing rooms as well as educational and community facilities.

Bar / Café

The HMC also operates a café with an open viewing terrace, providing a great vista across the Marshes and a chance to watch the sporting activities. Currently open sat & Sun from 9am-8pm with a full menu and Sky Sports packages. View full menu here

Mabley Green adjoins the Hackney Marshes Centre via Lee Conservancy Road and is characterised by a large climbable boulder in the centre of the space.

It is one of the new pitches available to our league. Due to the small amount of changing rooms we have four games kicking-off at 10:30am and four others at 11:00am.

Changing rooms

Modern changing facilities opened in July 2012. Changing rooms are available when you book a pitch.

Victoria Park is one of London’s most important historic parks and its oldest public park. It is not set next to the Hackney Marshes Centre but still within close proximity of local transport.

It has been used by millions of Londoners for nearly 170 years as a place of healthy recreation, sports, play and relaxation.

The park is the largest in Tower Hamlets, and is bordered on its northern boundary by the London Borough of Hackney and has been used by our league for many years.
